-Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment.
-Please wait in your car or nearby if you are early.
-Wear a mask before entering unless medically exempt
-We have provided hand sanitiser for you to use on entering the clinic.

We are delighted to announce Lauren will be running a local clinic in Penarth on Tuesday mornings and Thurdsday afternoons.
Lauren joined the team after working in a busy manual therapy clinc in Warrington after graduating from Swansea University.
Lauren is local to the Vale of Glamorgan living the majority of her life in Barry.
As well as running our clinic in Penarth Lauren is also working with us here in Cardiff and has been a great addition to the team.

Our Saturday clinic is run by Gabriel Emery who has recently joined us with a first class masters degree in Osteopathy from Swansea.
