The Cathedral Road Clinic in Cardiff offers five treatment rooms and office space to rent on a permanent/sessional/occasional basis. All consulting rooms are fully furnished with couches (2 hydraulic, 3 fixed), desks and comfortable modern seating.

Situated close to the city centre Cathedral Road is Cardiff’s equivalent to Harley Street and remains the area of Cardiff synonymous with medical professionals. The Cathedral Road Clinic is situated close to the tranquil and relaxed surroundings of Llandaff Fields and the River Taff. It offers an intimate setting for medical consulting rooms, office space, waiting room and reception. It has easy parking, with a large free car park adjacent, and is very accessible to the A48 and M4. Regular buses stop opposite the clinic from Cardiff Central Bus/rail Station.

All rooms have telecommunication facilities and phone answering service is available if requested.

Reception/Secretarial Facilities

The clinic has a full reception service available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5 pm. We offer diary/appointment/booking facilities, a postal service, and secretarial support if required. Our reception staff have over 10 years experience as medical secretaries at the clinic and offer an extremely professional service in a warm, courteous, friendly, caring and approachable. Patients and professions visiting the clinic are always made to feel welcome and comfortable in the surroundings.

Access facilities include portable threshold ramps for wheelchair access and downstairs toilet facilities adapted to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act.

Parking is easy, a large free car park is adjacent to the clinic.
Rental Options
Permanent/Sessional/Occasional
We offer a range of options to suit your individual needs. The room availability varies depending on days/sessions required. Priority booking of a particular room is given to those who rent on a permanent and regular basis. If a particular room is needed to be booked such as a downstairs room for disabled access, this can be arranged given adequate notice.

Hours of Availability

Rooms are available to rent Monday-Saturday, 8am-8pm. Current reception cover is available between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Prices

A range of very competitive options are available depending on individual requirements. Discounts are available for long term and regular sessional rental.
